District Goals

The 2026–2027 Lionistic Year presents an opportunity for every Lion, Leo, and club in District 60B to strengthen our impact, inspire service, and build a lasting legacy across the Caribbean.

Increase Our Service Impact

• At least one signature service project by every club.
• Increase projects under Lions International Global Causes.
• Promote inter-club collaboration.
• Increase Lions Portal reporting.
• Expand community partnerships.

Grow and Strengthen Membership

• Support Mission 1.5. by increasing membership by at least 10%.
• Every Lion invites at least one new member.
• Improve member retention.
• Strengthen smaller clubs.

Empower Our Leos and Develop Future Leaders

• Grow our Leo Clubs, start new ones.
• Joint Lions-Leo projects.
• Increase Leadership development opportunities.
• Encourage Leo-to-Lion transition.

Strengthen Support for LCIF

• District target: US$120,000.
• Contribute US$500 per club.
• Contribute US$50 per Lion, US$100 per cabinet member.
• At least 80% club participation.

Enhance Marketing and Visibility

• Strengthen social media presence.
• Promote weekly service stories.
• Increase public awareness of Lion activities by Podcast and other broadcast.
• Partner with Caribbean Companies and Media Houses.

Develop Strong Leaders

• Continuous training of club officers.
• Promote leadership development through Lions institutes.
• Encourage and Mentor future Lion leaders.
• The GAT team is involved in the development of the club.

Build Strategic Partnerships

• Partner with businesses, governments and NGOs.
• Expand sponsorships.
• Collaborate on disaster relief and other projects.

Promote Club Excellence

• Encourage Club to strive for the Club Excellence Award.
• Improve governance and reporting.
• Region and Zone Chairs collaboration with their clubs.
• Encourage Innovation and continuous improvement.
